A fascinating and funny experience during which you will learn the secrets of handmade pasta, the real
essence of Italian culinary tradition. We will prepare various types of pasta: ravioli, cappelletti, fettuccine
and gnocchi. At the end of the lesson there will be the tasting of the dishes prepared.

Possibility to book private lessons in a real cooking school just a few kilometers from the farm. On request and in some periods it is also possible to go in search of the truffle which will be the main ingredient of the prepared dishes. At the end of the lesson there will be the tasting of the dishes made: an authentic journey to discover the flavors and typical of this area, which boasts a gastronomic tradition, olive oil and wine of great value.
